About Dr. Sidney

Trained as an orthopaedic surgeon with over 15 years in the operating theatre, Dr Sidney Dsa has performed thousands of joint replacements, arthroscopies and trauma surgeries. But somewhere along the way, he noticed a pattern — patients who came back.
Not because the surgery failed. Because the lifestyle didn't change. Inflammation. Sedentary habits. Poor nutrition. A scalpel alone couldn't fix a broken metabolic system.
That realisation led him to pursue an INFS certification in nutrition and strength training — combining surgical precision with evidence-based lifestyle medicine. The result is a practice that builds patients, not just fixes them.
Today, Dr. Sidney leads Happy Joints Clinic in Thane — offering everything from complex joint surgeries to online coaching programs that follow patients long past discharge.
